Absolutely not. This is a core privacy guarantee. Neither party ever sees the other's raw input. The AI creates a neutral summary that describes the conflict dynamics without revealing anyone's exact words.
Sessions automatically expire after 72 hours by default. If you purchase a resolution plan, it extends to 30 days to allow for follow-up sessions. After that, all data is permanently deleted.
All data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM with a key that only exists on your device (or in the guest invite link). The server never has access to the encryption key. For Guide sessions, the last analysis and follow-up data are retained for up to 30 days after the resolution plan expires.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Settle Fairly → Cancel Subscription. You can also manage this from within the app via Settings → Manage Subscription.
No. Settle Fairly is a communication tool, not a substitute for professional help. If the AI detects that a situation might benefit from professional mediation or counseling, it will gently suggest that option.
